Company Policy

Returned Merchandise

Damaged or missing merchandise needs to be reported immediately following delivery or pickup. If no claim is made in a timely fashion (48 hours) no credit or adjustment will be issued. All returned products must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition is defined as no holes, scratches, dirt, debris, etc. All products sold in bundle or package form must be returned in bundle or package form. No returns will be accepted after 30 days upon receipt. Receipts are required.

If material returned is denied credit, for any reason, it must be picked up from Grizzly Truss or other arrangements made within 45 days or it becomes the property of Grizzly Truss.

Special Order material is defined as material that Grizzly Truss does not keep in inventory. Special Order material/products that cannot be returned to the vendor are non-returnable and credit will not be issued. If the material/product can be returned to the vendor credit will be issued, less any restocking fees incurred (typically 15-50%). Please contact your sales representative for details before ordering.

Jobsite Material Pick-Up

Grizzly Truss requests that all items you want picked-up and returned to Grizzly Truss be located neatly together and are clearly marked for pick-up. Please keep any items that you do not want taken separate from the returns. Our intentions are to process any return requests with the next available truck/driver that is in the area, other arrangements can be made dependent on the circumstances. Contact your sales representative to make arrangements.

Special Order Merchandise

Special order material is defined as material Grizzly Truss does not keep within inventory. Essentially special order products are non-returnable and cannot receive credit. Special order products that can receive credit and are in resalable condition will acquire a 20% to 50% restocking fee upon vendor discretion. Please contact your sales representative for details before ordering.


Warranties are supplied by the vendor/manufacturer and are at sole discretion of said vendor/manufacturer. Grizzly Truss is not responsible for any claims. Grizzly Truss is not liable or responsible for any damages occurred from the use of products or services purchased from our store.
