Damaged or missing merchandise needs to be reported immediately following delivery or pickup. If no claim is made in a timely fashion (48hrs) no credit or adjustment will be issued. All returned products must be in resalable condition defined as no holes, scratches, dirt, or pencil mark etc. All products sold in bundle or package form must be returned in bundle or package form. No returns will be accepted after 30 days upon product being received.
Special Order Merchandise
Special order material is defined as material Grizzly Truss does not keep within inventory. Essentially special order products are non-returnable and cannot receive credit. Special order products that can receive credit and are in resalable condition will acquire a 20% to 50% restocking fee upon vendor discretion.
